- Any act by the customer which requests BDG (Brisbane diff and gearbox) to begin performing any services or providing any materials will be deemed as acceptance to these terms and conditions listed below.
- Vehicles, contents of vehicles, equipment, components and parts not owned by BDG are stored at the owner’s risk.
- The customer grants the repairer permission to operate the vehicle on streets, highways or elsewhere for the purpose of testing and inspection.
- All accounts are COD (cash on delivery) unless prior arrangements have been made in writing with management.
- Workmanship and oil leaks have a 90-day coverage period subject to BDG inspection, assessment and acceptance of the claim.
- If a good fails to operate for any reason within its warranty period the good is to be returned to BDG at the purchaser’s expense for assessment.
- The good must be returned to BDG with proof of purchase.
- Any good which is found to be faulty due to abuse, misuse, vehicle system failure, contamination or improper installation shall be charged to the purchaser.
- BDG will not be responsible for damage or loss due to any labour to remove or replace a good or other products, loss of work, downtime, towing costs, recovery costs or freight costs.
- In the event of a part failure, we are guided by the supplier when it comes to the warranty of the part as we do not manufacture parts.
